Friday Soulful Yoga

A grounding, supportive yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and regulate stress. All levels are welcome.

Summer Schedule Update

Community Soulful Yoga will take a brief summer pause on Friday, July 3, July 10, and July 17. I look forward to returning to practice together on Friday, July 24, 2026.

I offer yoga as a trauma aware and culturally humble practice that honors both the roots of yoga and your lived experience. The focus is not on fitness or perfectionism, but on steady and supportive practice. Together, we move slowly, listen to the body, and center care. In doing so, we honor the understanding that personal healing is connected to our collective well being.
